In the last few weeks at nursery, your child will be involved in transition activities and conversations to prepare them for primary school. Teachers are having meetings with your child's new school to inform them of their likes/dislikes and how they like to learn. This year, because of Covid, we have had to think differently about how to prepare our children for this move. We are still meeting with your child's new teachers, heads and SENCo's, via zoom meetings. Take a look at the leaflet below for some ideas of how you can support your child at home.
